Illustrator, Louis W. Dandy, is a minister of the gospel as well as a minister of music.  He has 1 brother and 3 sisters:  Cynthia Wise, Anthony Dandy, Jackie Dandy-Perkins and Karlette Dandy DeBerry.  Louis is the eldest son of Apostle Clarence L. Dandy and Mother Luagussie V. Dandy of Durham, North Carolina.  

He has many talents, but loves praising God with instruments.  He has learned to do this well with the keyboard, piano and drums.  
However, with his beautiful tenor voice, 
he has learned to lift his voice in song 
when the opportunity presents itself.  

He has been a faithful musician for 
The United Full Gospel Temple ministry for 
over 30 years.  Louis has also been called upon 
many times to assist other churches and 
ministries in the surrounding areas.

When he was asked to be a part of this 
B.r.e.a.d. Basket project, Louis felt honored 
and is very proud of his work.

In the future, he hopes to become an accomplished saxophonist while welcoming more illustrating opportunities.  
 
Linda Watford Dandy, is the eldest of 4 children.  Her siblings are Shirley W. Francis, Thurman E. Taylor, Jr. and Wanda T. Cofield.  She has been married to minister and musician, Louis W. Dandy for 24 years.  They have 2 sons, Antonio and DeMilton.

The book, God's Touchdowns! (On this side of Jordan) is derived from Linda's years of journaling, teaching and ministering since 1997. Though she has been expounding on the gospel since the age of 13, the pages of the book are from only 10 years of journaling and freelance writing for a local newspaper.

Linda gives glory and honor to her heavenly Father for allowing her the privilege to assist someone else in such a manner as this. 

Xlibris (a latin word meaning from the library of) is the company she chose to get her writings published.  If you choose to read it, hopefully you will find something to help you or someone else you know.  Enjoy!
